Account Information

When you sign up, we collect your email address and OAuth profile information (name, profile picture) via Google or GitHub OAuth provided through Supabase Authentication.

Usage Data

We collect data about how you use the Service, including prompts submitted for video and Lab generation, credit balances, generation history, and feature interactions. This data is stored in our Supabase database.

Payment Information

We do not collect or store payment card details. Credit purchases are processed by Dodo Payments (a third-party payment processor). When you initiate a purchase you will be redirected to Dodo Payments’ secure checkout. Please review Dodo Payments’ Privacy Policy for details on how they handle your payment data.

Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the Service and understand how it is used. Specifically:

Supabase session cookies — required to keep you logged in.
Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — we use GA4 to measure page views, feature usage, and conversion events. Data is sent to Google LLC and subject to Google’s Privacy Policy. We do not send personally identifiable information (such as your email address) to Google Analytics.
Google Ads conversion tracking — we track ad conversions (sign-ups, purchases) to measure campaign performance. No PII is transmitted.
Facebook Pixel — we use the Meta Pixel to measure ad performance and reach relevant audiences on Facebook and Instagram. No PII is transmitted. Data is subject to Meta’s Data Policy.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Generated videos are stored in Google Cloud Storage and can be deleted upon request. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, contact us at the address below.
